I did a Bachelor's in Communication Design, where I was first introduced to user experience research. It brought together my natural strengths: strategic thinking, problem solving, empathy, and systems thinking. To build on that foundation, I pursued a Master's in Human-Centered Design at Pace University in New York City.
Currently, I work at CX by Design, where I lead end-to-end research projects, from planning and conducting studies to delivering insights that help teams take action with clarity and confidence.
Lately, I’ve expanded my role beyond research execution. I mentor junior researchers, lead standups, and support their professional growth. I’ve also been guiding the team as we explore new AI tools to streamline research workflows and stay ahead of emerging trends, all while keeping users at the core of every decision.
